AGM Outcomes and Committee Announcement

 Dear Members,


Thank you to all who attended the Annual General Meeting held on 25 November 2025 at the Lynnwood Conference Centre. Your participation and support contributed to a successful meeting.


We are pleased to share the outcomes of the AGM:


1. Adoption of Reports

All reports presented, including the Chairperson’s Report, Treasurer’s Report, and independent review report, were noted. No objections were raised.


2. Elections / Committee Confirmation

We are pleased to announce the members elected and confirmed to serve on the PSSA Pretoria Branch Committee for 2025/2026:

3. Resolutions

No resolutions were proposed or passed at this AGM.

 

4. General Notes

  • Members were reminded that the branch office operates from 08:00 to 13:00, Monday to Friday, and that all administrative queries should be directed to the Branch Manager during these hours.

  • Members are encouraged to actively participate in branch activities, CPD events, and sector programmes to support their professional development and strengthen engagement within the Pretoria pharmacy community.

  • Attendance was duly noted, and members were thanked for their continued engagement, support, and contribution to the functioning of the branch.

  • Members were encouraged to update their contact information with the national office to ensure accurate branch allocation and efficient communication.

  • The branch expressed its sincere appreciation to all volunteers and collaborators who contributed to activities and initiatives throughout the year, with special acknowledgement of the efforts during Pharmacy Month.

  • A special thank you to SMUAPS and TUTAPS for their support and continued collaboration in branch initiatives.
